Agent store now resolves colliding artifacts and shows a notice when a store conflict happens.
Store mode now lets you pick how the agent store is enabled and which store mode to use.
Background subagents now can be forced to keep running in the background.
Subagents now wait for nested work to finish before the parent continues.
Cloud agents now surface a completed state in the desktop UI.
Mini SWE agent now runs bash work through its own agent path.

Feature gates still hide some of these surfaces; they shipped in the desktop build but may not be live yet.
